ALSO, YOU NEED TO INSURE THE CENTER TUBE IS ROTATED TO THE LOCK POSITION AND THEN TIGHTEN THE CENTER CLAMP BY ROTATING THE RING CLOCKWISE UNTIL IT HAS A FIRM GRIP ON THE UMBRELLA SHAFT OR WIND CAN PULL IT UP AND OUT POSSIBLY BREAKING YOUR TABLE TOP.
