Eligibility Guidelines:

Rescue 22 invites veterans to apply for a service dog that provides the following documentation:

DD214 demonstrating honorable discharge/retirement.
A disability determination letter from the Department of Veterans Affairs
A letter from a clinician/physician stating that a service dog would be beneficial.
Ability to demonstrate proof of financial resources to support the care of a service dog.

Rescue 22 Foundation has no geographic restrictions. Travel to our training location is not
required.
